Meet Dr. Steven Inaba

staff photoI feel the biggest impact I can make in a patient’s life is to empower them to take control of their daily oral health habits. One of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had is being able to provide care for a patient who has desired comprehensive dentistry for a long time but has not been able to receive it. With current technology, treatments, and services, we can virtually turn back the clock and make that smile appear years younger. Quality oral wellness has a tremendous impact on a person's quality of life at every age, and I feel so proud to be able to give this to my patients.

Education and Continuing Education

My education has given me the knowledge base and training necessary to provide top quality care to my patients. I attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry, graduating in 2005 with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dentistry offers many challenges requiring different skills, from technical knowledge, analysis, and physical skills to management and being a team player. To keep up with the ever-changing world of dentistry, I continue my education through classes and seminars throughout the year. This helps me to stay up-to-date with the latest changes in dentistry, allows for a wider range of services to be offered, and improves the level of care that can be provided for our patients.

About Our Team

Our office is passionate about dentistry, and it shows in our commitment to current technology, continuing education, and care planning. We create a personalized dental wellness plan for each patient, focusing on maintaining their best possible oral health for years to come. Our passion also shows in each individual who works on our team. Our staff members, from the front office to the clinical areas, have years of experience giving patients a high level of care in a comfortable atmosphere.

Outside the Office

I am originally from Pullman, WA, and have been in Western Washington since 1999. In my free time I enjoy staying active and being outdoors as much as possible. I can usually be found at the gym, running, watching WSU Cougar sports, rooting for the Seahawks, and playing soccer and golf. My community is very important to me, and I stay involved in many ways. I volunteer at the UW School of Dentistry’s Urgent Care Clinic, the Medical Teams International mobile dental van, Give Kids a Smile, and the Rainier Boys and Girls Club courtesy of the Washington Oral Health Foundation. I am also part of the official dental team for Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey.
