Dr. James Brady

I am excited to join the MDC team! What I enjoy most about dentistry is the chance to support and build lasting relationships with the people I serve. I was drawn to this career by a strong desire to contribute positively to the well-being and success of others. It is a privilege to be able to partner with patients and guide them toward their oral health goals. Providing exceptional, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and preferences is at the core of my practice values. I strive to create a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take control of their oral health.

 

I grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. I attended the University of Illinois for my Bachelor’s degree and then went to the University of Michigan, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Immediately following dental school, I completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program with the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas. My training during residency allowed me to expand my skill set in all areas of general dentistry while simultaneously giving back to our nation’s veterans.


I’ve been fortunate to participate in meaningful service experiences that have allowed me to give back to both local and global communities. Through the Victors for Veterans program, I provided comprehensive dental care to Michigan veterans with the greatest need. Internationally, I’ve taken part in multiple outreach trips to Cape Town, South Africa, and Meru, Kenya, where I delivered oral health care and education to elementary school children. These experiences have affirmed my commitment to compassionate, accessible care and demonstrated the positive impact of oral health.

Outside the Office..

Outside of dentistry, I really enjoy spending time outdoors. In the summer months, you can find me golfing, fishing, hiking, or camping. In the winter, I love the mountains and skiing. I am an avid sports fan, especially of my Chicago sports teams and Michigan football. I try to travel and explore new places as much as possible! I am joined here in Seattle by my girlfriend, who is currently in her second year of Orthodontics residency at the University of Washington. I’m thrilled to explore all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
