We hope you and your family are in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. 

While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety. The safety of our family of patients and team members has always been and continues to be paramount to us.

One of our core values is excellence, and to that end we again have gone above and beyond the required regulations and implemented the following additional infection control measures:


  1. All staff will be screened with health questions and temperature checks each day before starting their work-shift
  2. All staff will be wearing masks and other personal protective equipment, to increase your protection
  3. Our treatment team will be wearing face shields and head coverings, in addition to our usual clinical attire
  4. We will screen patients with health questions before scheduling appointments.
  5. Patients will again be screened and temperatures taken by MDC while in their car and then brought directly into their treatment room.
  6. Anyone accompanying a patient will be asked to remain in the car.
  7. Patients can wear their own masks or be provided with a mask before entering the building.
  8. Maintaining physical distancing of 6 feet and limiting the total number of people in the office
  9. Pre-procedural rinses will be given to each patient
  10. Air purification units will be placed in each treatment room as well as the reception area and sterilization area. This is in addition to our HVAC system moving and filtering the office. The air in the office is getting filtered and exchanged continuously.
  11. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment
