Meet the Doctors

Mark V. Walker, DDS

Dr. Mark Walker has been caring for patients in Kent since he graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1981.  His friendly manner and sense of humor readily puts his patients at ease while at the same time delivering exceptional care.  Dr. Walker values the trust relationship he develops with patients and believes in treating them as he wants to be treated.  Throughout his years in Kent, Dr. Walker has taken countless hours of continuing dental education and invested in proven dental technologies to bring each patient the very best dental care available.  The joy of helping people maintain a healthy mouth and beautiful smile is what Dr. Walker loves about dentistry.

Service is also very important to Dr. Walker so he travels to Haiti yearly to provide dental care, and locally he regularly donates time to the Medical Teams International Dental Van in Des Moines.

Dr. Walker is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and the Seattle-King County Dental Society. He previously served as president of the Washington State Dental Association, the Seattle-King County Dental Association and the University of Washington School of Dentistry Dean’s Club. Dr. Walker is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the International College of Dentists, and has been inducted into the highly regarded American College of Dentists.  Dr. Walker is included in the 2010 Edition of the "Guide to America's Top Dentists" as evaluated by the Consumers' Research Council of America.

Dr. Walker is married and has two grown sons.  Outside of dentistry, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, and golfing.

Steven T. Inaba, DDS

Dr. Steven T. Inaba had spent three years working toward a BS in Microbiology from the University of Washington until he learned he’d been accepted to their dental school one-year before most applicants. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2005, and is now an affiliate clinical faculty instructor overseeing 3rd and 4th year UW dental students.

Both of Dr. Steve’s parents work in education, so being able to serve as a teacher and mentor allows him to carry the family tradition. He’s also one of the team dentists for the Seattle Thunderbirds hockey team. Outside of the office, Dr. Steve enjoys traveling, watching sports, and staying very active playing soccer, golf, and weight training.

Dr. Steve is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association, the Seattle-King County Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. His professional interests include cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics.
