We share your concern about the cost of dental care. Our fees have been thoughtfully set to reflect fair charges for our time, expertise, materials, laboratory work, sterilization procedures and the complexity of your treatment.
Professional services are rendered and charged directly to you. However, for your convenience, our office will help you review your dental plan and be happy to submit charges to your insurance carrier.
For copayments and procedures not covered by insurance, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. A variety of financing options are available through our office upon approval of credit.
Please ask a member of our staff, and we will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
We will fully attempt to help you receive complete dental insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Some of our patients do not have dental insurance. For those individuals we offer a 5% cash courtesy when treatment is paid in full at the time of service. Similarly, we offer a 10% cash courtesy for seniors (uninsured persons over the age of 62) when treatment is paid in full at the time of service.
